Our Process

Saige understands that using strategy to create a clear vision of the future is critical to the long term success of an organisation. This is done via the Saige activation model as well as OKRs. 

Implementation is critical to the success of the project and Saige supports the organisation with a direct approach through project management, change management training, mentorship and coaching for key personnel, aligning the new strategy with the organisations metrics, and regular reviews until the strategy is successfully implemented.
